Recommended tools for social media engagement
1. Twitter can be a useful and beneficial tool for libraries in that the format is limited to short 280 character bursts of target and concise information with the added option of providing direct links, photo's and video attachments.
2. Instagram is beneficial for more social and community browsers who engage more with graphic representations of info or pictures and short videos. Instagram is a lighter platform for posting a more pictorial representation on information and services from the library.
